Nothing today, either, as I got in from Savannah around noon and had to pick up mail, get takeout from a salad bar, go grocery shopping, drop off the car for inspection and an oil change.
Tomorrow, it's back to the routine. I'm amazed how panicky I feel when I'm not following it.
60 minute spin class, my first in a week
60 minute Pilates mat class, again, my first in a week -- got a nasty sudden calf-cramp toward the end
I'm going to take this "break" as an opportunity to change up my exercise schedule again. Think I am going to try New Rules of Weightlifting for Women & see how that goes.
30 minutes StairMaster, since the planned workout looked lighter than usual
20 minutes workout 1A, a humbling experience, since on paper it looked so simple, compared with what I am used to
April 18 PM: Rock climbing and bouldering
April 20: Leisurely outdoor walking
April 21: Woke up with a cold. Elliptical, treadmill, KB hip thrusts, popped my shoulder with sharp pain on chinup #5 and am now panicking because I leave for backpacking trip Wednesday
April 10: 100 minutes bikram yoga. Hopefully will still get to yoga tomorrow before my flight but I'm not sure. It will be interesting to see what exercise I get on the cruise. I know we are snorkeling and I think kayaking. We can also use the on board gym.
