I'm feeling very resentful today, so I NEED to stop and do this:

1) the fact that I am strong enough, and capable of skiing even though I can't take time off work

2) I have a house that is standing and a healthy family, and do not live in earthquake or hurricane zones.

3) washing machines and dryers

4) clearance sales

5) a paycheck (related to 4).

Mel, on Monday I was ready to rip someone's head off and I stewed for a bit trying to think of 5 things and it really did help to focus on all of the ways I am blessed.

Deadlifts
veggie sausage
long weekends
road trips
My 14 yo DS planning ahead---without being reminded to do so!!!
