I think that's a great place to start. The story is all written, and the responses may pull him into the forum a bit to explore.

I bookmarked your story months ago in June. It all just made so much sense to me. I later got a copy of the book (the original one) and started making each day a game about how to fit as many SuperFoods into each day as possible. I truly eat really well when I keep these principles in mind.

You could also send Dr. Pratt the link to the thread in the Whole Foods section when people were tallying their SuperFoods/day (which SADLY pretty much died in January - I wish I had been around when that was going on...)

He'll email you, he'll email you. You are living the life that he envisioned by incorporating his ideals.

And for the record, you can go on and on an on all you like - anything that comes out of your "mouth" is always something worthwhile and that I want to hear.
