Default Stomach bug question

I am just all over this forum today lol

One question though.

I had a stomach bug this morning and literally everything I drank or ate.. was not pretty.

Tonight I ate my dinner and stuff as usual and everything was fine but breakfast and lunch.. well.. it kinda was there and then it was not.

How do you keep track of something like that? Do you count it as normal? I feel totally weird asking this so sorry =( I am a bit of worrier as you can maybe tell from previous posts and don't know if I need to eat more or just let it go. (and it did GO!)
Thank you!

Yuck! I hope you're feeling better. If it were me, I'd just let it go (unless I was really hungry).

I'm also of the "let it go" school. If you're hungry, eat something, if not, don't worry about it. One day doesn't matter, especially when the situation is just out of your control.

Definitely let it go. Just concentrate on feeling better - be gentle and good to yourself. I recently had a terrible sinus infection - I practically drank my body weight in theraflu with tons of honey and hot tea with tons of honey. I retained some water/puffiness (my weight shot up 5 lbs) but I dropped it in a couple of days. I had a few "ugh hate this scale" moments, but I was patient and it went back to normal - what was important was feeling better!
