I have been so busy lately. Sorry I haven't been by more often. I have gained the last two weigh ins. I had a few drinks this weekend, so I knew that would catch up with me. Tomorrow I weigh in again. I hope everyone is doing great. I will talk to you guys tomorrow. I hope that i get a chance to write more later,
