I'm sure if they wanted to be sticklers they could but I don't think they will. Overall, I get the impression most centers want to be helpful (I know..they get paid for it) but I really think you should just call and set up an appointment with the manager (or a favorite counselor if you have one) and talk about it. You already know the worst case scenario (more $$) but I like to think they will treat you better than that. It's certainly worth a try.
