Default Mike Adams site reliable or not?

I am looking on the web at other sites and ran across this one called news target run by mike adams and was wondering if it is really independent and/or reliable? Anyone have any input on it or him on such a question. The site is listed as NewsTarget.

Besides health magazines on-line , 3 fat chicks , and dept. of health site i have found a lot of sites, but none i trust like these. I would like to increase my choices but only if there reliable which is why I ask about this new site i looked at but remain unsure about.

I don't think I've ever run across anything that actually picked apart his site for validity. However, I personally tend to overlook his site when I'm researching something, because I personally thought much of the info was a bit 'extreme' and did not appear to be unbiased.

My favorite sites, that I consider the most reliable, are WebMD, InteliHealth, Mayo Clinic, Berkeley Wellness, and PDR Health.
