One thing that IS off with me are my hormones and mens. cycle. I use BC pills and during the first week, I missed one pill two days in a row, so I was taking two pills at a time. I continued this pack but for the last week I have had TOM. I dont usually gain during TOM, usually a week after.
I called my DR today and he said this might last until my actual TOM was due, in over a week, so that means I will have TOM for over two and a half weeks when all is said and done. I wasnt supposed to get it till next Tues! YIKES.
I had this happen one other time but this was during my major WW stall, so I cant know for sure if this affects the scale. I asked the drs office and they couldnt tell me anything, its worth asking what you all think
