Probably not on plan for weight loss, but sometimes if you are really craving something it's better to have it and count it as best you can so you don't sabotage your other efforts. (empasis on SOMETIMES!)
I don't drink coffee drinks, so I don't really know what all the different types are, but I can tell you what the new "Free to Live" book (that you are supposed to get when you start maintenance) says for some of them; maybe you can extrapolate from there:
16 oz Cafe Latte w/whole milk: 2D, 1Fat w/nonfat milk: 2D
16 oz Cafe Mocha w/whole milk: 1S, 1D, 1 fat w/nonfat milk: 1S, 1D
16 oz cappuchino w/whole milk: 1D, 1 fat w/nonfat milk: 1D
bottled coffee drink: 2S
8 oz egg nog, ff: 1D
8 oz egg nog, rf: 1D, 1fat
8 oz egg nog, whole: 1S, 1D, 1fat
Maybe some of this will help, or maybe it just makes it more confusing!
