Default please help me pick a plan

Hi everyone. I am using some old LAWL info. that I borrowed from my cousin and I need some help getting started. Actually, restarted as I tried this a few months ago. I'm not sure which plan I should begin with. The things that she gave me include all of the colors, carb cravers, and weekends off. I would like to lose around 55 pounds total. Can you please offer me any guidance on where to begin? I know that LAWL has newer plans than this but right now I just can't afford to pay them for the program. Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Hi Mom2skyler - I'd say you'd be on purple or blue. .. The plan that you have has the same protein sizes for all plans, right? The newer plans (available on ebay) have the correct sizes. The current plans reduce the protein sizes as you lose weight. Basically, you'd stay on purple until you're about 180-185, and then switch to gold, until you reach goal. But I think you'd be fine starting with purple.

If Mandy sees this post, she may have more info, since she's bought the more recent stuff off of ebay.

Also, if you check the current thread, I think someone has posted the 'magic' formula that LAWL uses to determine plan color. Try seaching for color?

Good luck!

Julie

Mom2skyler- Julie gave you great advice the purple plan is a good place to start and once you get to about 180 you should drop to the gold plan. I know that is what Julie said, but I thought I'd just come here to second that. I bought the spring 05 lawl plan off ebay, so if there are any other questions you might have feel free to ask and I'll try to answer the best I can. Good luck with everything. You should stick around. This is a great place to come for support. Especially if you are doing this from home.

Thanks so much for the info. Why is it that when you try to get started on something it seems like so many eating opportunities pop up? We had a huge spread of food at work this morning for breakfast. It was so hard! I really appreciate the advice and support. I will stick around. Have a great weekend!

Mom2skyler - I think that's one of the rules of the universe - puts temptation in our way to see if we really want it!
