I discovered the recipe for a wonderful tasting water on the Flat Belly Diet website. My doctor actually told me about it, it is amazing for reducing bloat and best of all, it tastes wonderful.
Here is the recipe.
2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
I use a pitcher that has a plastic tube shaped insert with slits in it for the ingredients but you could just put it in the pitcher and it pretty much settles to the bottom. I use an English cucumber but any kind will do.
