2P, 1D, 2S, 1F, 3V, and 2 lites. I think this is right. They are divided into "meal combos" Breakfast is 1 dairy, and 1 fruit, am snack is a lite. Lunch is 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1 starch, pm snack is a lite. Dinner is 2 veggies, 1 protein, and 1 starch. Hope this helps!
