Default Info on LAWL Rapid Results, please!

I received an email from LA to Your Door, advertising an LA Weight Loss Rapid Results kit for $59.99. You get several booklets and a divided plate, with claims of weight loss up to nine pounds in the first week. I have thrown plenty of good money after bad on LAWL products, so I am wondering if this is radically different from the colored plans before I even think about making an investment.

Thanks in advance for any information.

Hi Tracy

I am not sure what LATD is selling as a "Kit" but I was on the Rapid Results program few months ago and I did lose a lot of weight. It is a stricter plan that you follow for first 20 lbs.

Thanks, MJ. I had seen mentions of rapid results last summer, so I wasn't sure if this was the same thing, or some new gimmick. As usual, LAWL is long on enthusiasm and short on details!

2P, 1D, 2S, 1F, 3V, and 2 lites. I think this is right. They are divided into "meal combos" Breakfast is 1 dairy, and 1 fruit, am snack is a lite. Lunch is 1 protein, 1 vegetable and 1 starch, pm snack is a lite. Dinner is 2 veggies, 1 protein, and 1 starch. Hope this helps!
