I would say she needs to be on Plan-3 without Lites/plan-2 with lites.Stay on that plan until she is 155-ish....then drop to plan -2 without lites/plan-1 with lites.
Plan-3 no lites: 3P, 2S, 2F, 1Fat, 3 V, 2 D + 8 glasses water
Plan-2 no lites: 3P, 2S, 2F, 1Fat, 2 V, 1 D + 8 glasses water
If you do not have the portion sizes, you can get the books from ebay.
