I yawn a lot and feel like I've got no energy around 2 hours after a meal ? Is this normal or is this hypoglycemia ? I heard we should eat each 4 hours but I feel like I have to eat each 2 hours, what does that mean, does that mean that my metabolism is fast ?
It depends on what you are eating I think. Protein, high fiber foods definately help but after 3 hours I always get crazy dizzy if I don't eat a little snack. Cheese sticks seem to be a good snack that keeps the dizzies away might help with your sleepy spells.
