Well, tomorrow is it.. the first time I'll step on the scale in 2 weeks (last Sunday was skipped due to TOM)
Ever since I started having once a week weigh in, I developed a Saturday ritual. I stop eating at 7, my last meal has to be a 6'' veggie subway sandwich, nothing but water in the latter day, and stop drinking water at 9 to avoid being filled with water in the morning! (I seriously drink at least 2 gallons of water a day)
I guess my question was just if it makes a difference if I stop drinking water a few hours before I go to bed. Any ideas?
