3 days ago you said you weighed 210 lbs, now you weigh 195? I can't believe you've lost 15 lbs in 3 days. You've told us that your diet ranges from 900 calories to 1500 calories. In two separate posts today you said you can barely eat 1200 cals and that you get hungry if you eat less than 1500 ... so which is it?
Every time you ask a question we all ask you the same thing - we need to know more about what you're doing, and where you are now; your age, your height, your current weight, what you're eating.
You keep giving us conflicting information or ignoring the pertinent parts of the questions and then asking the same questions here over and over and over ... as though you don't want to accept the answers you're getting.
Sweetie, what is it that you're looking for? What are your goals? Why are you here? Help us to help you. The women here want to help you, but we can't when you appear to be playing some kind of game with us.
