Default recipe for spinach dip

Hey everyone,

I am busy trying to plan my DD birthday party. I was wanting to do a spinach dip with RF crackers.

Does anyone have a spinach dip recipe that is on plan? I looked in Deb's cookbook and didn't see one.

Thanks for any help.

Default

*SPINACH DIP*

exchanges per serving-1 dairy 8oz, 2 veg

1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped and drained
1 container non-fat plain yogurt
5 green onions with tops, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of pepper

I make a bigger batch and bake mine like the going out.

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with melba toast, rice cakes or raw veggies.
