List The Plan You Are On -Please Please
Now days, there are too many LAWL plan variations and it is very confusing.
If you are new to the program or even if have been around for a while, please add which plan you are on to your avatar or your signature.
It is extremely hard to answer questions without having this important information. On the reverse side, if you are giving advice to someone else it is important that you are providing the correct information for the plan that the other person is on.
For example, purple with lites
purple no lites
plan 2 with lites
plan 4 no lites
Stabilization (formerly Plan 2 with lites)
Original goal of 50 lbs lost - accomplished
Revised goal of 65 lbs lost - accomplished
Thinner is better...........
