girl81...i was wondering the same thing with myself. i eat pretty low fat, except when it came to my days of packages of cookies, whole pizzas and lots of high calorie high fat things..alli helps me stay away from those foods. i also dont get hungry with alli. i dont think it is an appitite suppressant, but it seems to be that way. maybe because i am eating better though too. i am losing it very slow, but i think that is because i am off from walking and work due to ankle surgery (not my legs or heels in my avatar, just want to wear them when i get skinny !) i am going to see this through though because like i said it keeps me away from the high fat stuff.
