Hi i am in tops and have been for 42 years. i love it and its my life. loss to goal with 33 lbs in 2004. then never wanted to be a kops as had to lose more for health. found out i was a debetic. so in these years have not gained my loss back and down another 10 lbs. so waiting for KOPS till i lose and reach the new goal. so how long for you??? i meet on tuesday mornings. our group has bout 20 gals in it. i am assistant wt recorder now. have helt all the offices before.. good luck.
