Hello to all!
Today is my birthday. I went out to breakfast with my husband and had a perfect on program meal.
1 poached egg
1 serving mixed fruit
1 and a half english muffins (i would have eaten the second half but I was satisfied)
water and black coffee
Tonight I am going to a meeting to walk my first marathon with team in training. There is no better way to spend my day than with exercise as the focus
For lunch I am having a Carb Cravers lunch 2 slices of veggie pizza from a 9 inch pie. I know in the red book it says 2 slices of a 14 inch pie but they don't have that option for delivery so I am going to be a bit short.
I know someone here had a birthday yesterday so happy birthday to her as well.
Happy birthday, and great job!!! I am going to breakfast with my coworkers on Saturday for a suprise bridal shower. I have been wondering how to handle the food part, thanks for the ideas!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL OUR BIRTHDAY GIRLS THIS WEEK!!! This was a busy birthday week--what was going on 9 months ago?? When I had DD#2 in September everyone said "I know what you were doing at Christmas!!" It never occurred to me then I was embarrassed!
