The natureopathic, vitamin friendly, tea drinking tree hugger in me actually found something easier and cheaper than the tea.
It's called Magnesium. What a shock--something from the periodic table of elements! I pop two a night with my nightly EFA's and Calcium. (Hey, the ortho who put my ankle back together with screws told me to do 1200 mg a day, you bet your *** I take more than the LAWL reccommended 1 a day!
) Since I started doing that, I've been as regular as can be!
Hey, Nicole, I kid you not, Vitamin C! I pop 1000 mg in the morning now, and it wakes me up more than the coffee! I can thank InStyle for that trick, amazing what beauty tricks actually work!
And of course, I have yet to get the winter cold or flu yet, so it must be doing more than waking me up in the morning.
