ok, so I know I have the brain of an 11 year old boy........but everytime I see the name Publix.......I automatically start giggling to myself, and think it says pubics. So mature.....right.

Dan........I used to argue with my cousin......but then she just started making stuff up.....and that's when I realized it was no use. She advised her mom to stop taking her arthiritis meds.......remicade (sp), it is administered in the hospital every so many months....and once you stop using it, it is very unsafe to start it again.......and her mother, who was actually walking on her own on the meds, is not back in a wheel chair, and her doc will not re-start her on her meds. It just makes me sick. Anyway......that's how stubborn and bull headed, and irresponsible this girl is. It's just sad. So, I just smile and nod

There are a ton of diffrent varieties, they can be found at any health food store. Like Trader Joes or Whole foods. Ive even purchased it at Longs and Walgreens. Anything with Senna herb or chicory root does the same thing

Hope this helps

You're stronger than I... I'd be in her face in no time, pummling down her half baked envrionmental wacko thoughts with sound science... It would make me laugh except that her ideas seem to be hurting her mom..

Just tell her "Earth First! - We'll log the other planets later!"

The natureopathic, vitamin friendly, tea drinking tree hugger in me actually found something easier and cheaper than the tea.

It's called Magnesium. What a shock--something from the periodic table of elements! I pop two a night with my nightly EFA's and Calcium. (Hey, the ortho who put my ankle back together with screws told me to do 1200 mg a day, you bet your *** I take more than the LAWL reccommended 1 a day! ) Since I started doing that, I've been as regular as can be!

Hey, Nicole, I kid you not, Vitamin C! I pop 1000 mg in the morning now, and it wakes me up more than the coffee! I can thank InStyle for that trick, amazing what beauty tricks actually work! And of course, I have yet to get the winter cold or flu yet, so it must be doing more than waking me up in the morning.
