Default Anyone Know if
Anyone know if "Healthy Choice" brand Low Fat Fudge bars are allowed on the LAWL plan? Or how to count it? They call it a Dairy dessert bar sweetened with aspartame and sorbitol.

The counts are:
90 cals 1.5g fat, 55mg sodium, 14g carb, 4g sugars, 4g protein

I'm not sure how to put this one in... its mostly milk...(doubt it could be a diary tho - wishful thinking?!?)

My guess is a starch to be used sparingly. Like the skinny cow ones someone asked about. And 1/2c FF/SF ice cream is a starch. Anything good is always a starch! LOL

I count the sandwiches as as starch. I came to that conclusion by being a dork and standing in the supermarket with a container of FF/SF ice cream in one hand and comparing nutrional information! It's my post weigh in treat!
