Opps, don't know what happened to my message. My ww leader mentioned 3fc some time ago and I'm just getting around to checking it out. Joined ww for the 2nd time in January and joind Curves in August, I've lost about 55 lbs
(havn't wweighed in in a couple of weeks). Can always use a little help and support. Hope to check in often.
