Hi everyone,
I've been lurking for a while and trying to stick to SBD for about 4 months now. I keep falling off the wagon and I'm hoping that adding a daily visit here will help me stick to it!
I do notice that my weight is inching up and I'm getting more and more tired and listless so I'd like to get back to my old healthy self.
There isn't much more junk in my trunk than I should have but it does drag on the ground too much
