I am forever on the weight loss journey. Back in the spring I was at 170 and I am down 10 pounds. I still have 30 more to go! My mini goal would be to be down 10 pounds by Christmas. Any advice and support would be greatly appreciated.
everyone on this forum are SUPER supportive... I'm going to tell you what they told me - stick with the plan...if you fall, get up, dust off the cookie crumbs, wear that bikini and get back on the beach!
