Never been on this site before, but was recommended it on diettalk.com. IM tasha and im 18 and im from the UK. I have a diet plan in place and at the moment its working. Im counting cals and gentle exercise and i have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks, but now im in week 4 and im sure it will start to slow down.
i need to do more exercise, and keep my motivation strong and im sure ill get inspirtaion for both on this site :-)
