I'm Sara, and I have a problem.... I am a chocolate/sweets addict (really!) and it seems to have gotten a tad out of control, so now I am working on it and need some help. I am married (just married this summer), and my DH tries to be supportive but it's kinda hard on my end because he has always been very lean, and naturally dislikes sweet things, and also naturally tends to be very active. I have tried diets in the past, quite some time ago, and found weight watchers worked, but I see it as a diet, even though they stress it is a "lifestyle". I really want to figure out how to fix my lifestyle, and how to get past "living to eat" on to "eating to live". Why is the human body so hard to get/keep healthy? (lol)
