Thanks for saying hi! Welcome to you also. I hope this website helps us stick to our weight loss plan.

Today I actually made myself walk on the treadmill and do situps. I did mess up and eat at Taco Bell tonight. I need to eat more at home. Hmmm. Oh well-I will try harder tomorrow.
