I am really glad to have found this site! I'm hoping to lose 95 pounds this year. I need the interaction and motivation to help me stay focused on my goal.

And you will certainly meet your goal. We are all family on this site and when your feeling down or unmotivated these folks will certainly spruce ya back up. I just want to say we all WELCOME you to the family. Good luck on your weight loss. In just a short while YOU ARE gonna be 95 lbs. lighter.
