my introduction
Well here's my story... I've been overweight my whole life and I'm sick of it. I'm 20 years old, 5'4", and right now I weigh 235. A little over a year ago I started having a minor health problem and my doctor said that if I lost weight it would go away. I started exercising and eating right and I lost about 25 pounds. Then I stopped exercising and started eating tons and gained it all back. Well now my little health problem is coming back and I am ready to lose weight for sure. I found this site while searching for motivation and I'm hoping it will help. The only problem is that I work a ton and crazy hours and I'm always super tired when I get home and I'm having a hard time starting exercising. Luckily at my job I'm always standing up and moving around, but I'd like to be able to find the time and energy to get to the gym or just exercise at home. I probably won't have a ton of time to post a lot, but here's my introduction anyway.
