Hi, I'm a stay at home mom of three beautiful children and have kept on the weight from each of my pregnancies. I would love to lose about 25 to 30 pounds and would love to have a buddy to lose with along the way!
I have 32 to lose and have been plugging away on my own for a few weeks now. I got to goal 3+ yrs ago but only stayed at goal for a couple of mos and then got heavier than before! I worry about maintaining once I get to my goal wt!
Exercise is helping a TON but is hard to schedule. I am a mommy too and I know it is tough to take time out to care for ourselves!
