I'm new to this site and looking for lots of support. On 7/15/06 I weighed 260 pds, the heaviest I've ever been. I'm really trying to be honest with myself and acknowledge that my body hurts - my knees, my lower back and I'm really tired much of the time. Laura, Welcome! You sound like me. I got so tired of hurting all the time. I can't even get more than 5 hours sleep before I have to get up and go to my chair in the livingroom because of back pain. We have replaced our mattress twice so it's not the problem, it's me. I'm 57 but feel I'm to young to be giving in to all these aches and pains. I've lost 7 lbs in the week since I joined this site and I believe it's all the inspirational stories and support from each other.
