Once again I've fallen off the wagon. *sigh*
Anyhoo. Here I am again. I'm a 23 (soon to be 24 in August) female living in Eastern North Carolina. I'm 5'4" and I weigh about 249lbs. I need a support/motivational buddy who's willing to email me, have weekly weigh-ins, share recipes and workout ideas.
Hi. We have about the same about of weight to lose so I thought maybe we could be buddies. I am 30, married, and have a 4-year-old son. I teach Special Education. I don't follow a particular diet plan, but just try to cut out as many processed foods as I can and steer clear of junk.
Why don't you join us in the support section. Sticking with it! We all log in daily or as often as you can. Try and beat each other on our weekly tallies. We tally weight loss, water intake and exercise.
Anyway, the more involved you are the more motivated you become. Anyway, it has helped me. Good luck to you!!
