Well, this is my first postie!! Dunno anyone here yet, but want to visit with u all. I started the Turbo Jam workout on INDEPENDENCE DAY!! Thought that would be a good time to start, and so far I really love it. Today I did all of the measurements and weight logs!!!! WOW, have I let myself go Hope to hear from some of you, I need the buddy system!!!

I too, am looking for a buddy, I just got back here after a few month sabbatical, I am currently walking a couple of miles a day, doing weights (free weights), and cutting back on my portions. I need to lose a lot of weight so I plan on being here for the long haul! I will support you ( and anyone else who comes along,) but, I need support big time also! Let's cheer each other on!!!! I too do Turbo Jam, it's certainly the best thing i've ever invested in. I love the workouts and Chalene is a great motivator. Keep it up. You'll soon find that you'll love the workout so much you'll want to do more. I'm new to 3fatchicks.com as well. I'm here for support, for anyone who needs it and for myself also. hEy!! Gals, thanks so much for the replies, sure does make my day!!! I just got done with my workout!!!WHEEW!, But feels so gooood!!! I have Mondays off, so i can really get into a good long workout, esp afta the weekend!!!!
