I'm 25, 5'9", 179lbs, female, no kids, work 12 hour shifts. I would like to be in the 160s by August 25th. Ultimately, I would like to get to 145-150 lbs. I'm having a hard time with incorporating exercise into my daily schedule. I try to eat balanced meals through the week and have "free days" on the weekends. I try to drink 96oz of water per day. If not, I still manage to drink 64oz. Anyone out there with similar goals and routines???
