Default Daily Challenge Buddy

My name is Kelly. I'm 30 yrs old and I am in desperate need of a buddy who can keep me OP. I would like to have someone that can give me a reasonable challenge everyday. Exercise AND diet.

So if anyone is interested, let me know.

Kelly come join us over at jorge cruise boards we have a 20lb challenge going on rght now, the challenge will last til september 15 th. It would probably help you with your op need. We are even doing a kick it up a notch challenge to go with the challenge we are doing. We have broken the challenge down into 3, 4 week parts. It isn't so much about the weight loss program as it is about the end result. We have someone on our forum who has lost over 100 lbs and is giving all of us inspiration. If you are doing another program or don't want to stay on the board, then at least you may have gotten several good weeks of op to keep you going on your own. hope to see you there. First challenge is to push yourself to go an extra 5 minutes of exercise today, if you don't really exercise then your challenge is to exercise for 15 minutes today, and feel good about it. Eating challenge set a time to stop eating for the day. Example no eating after 7:30PM. more info about your eating and exercise routines will help to give you a more geared toward you challenge. PM me because I am not sure Iwill be able to find this post again.

Okay so I found the thread and put it into my subscribed threads, So tell me what kind of problems you are having and that way we can gear your challenges toward the things you are trying to change. If you have a chance to post tonightt then I'll try to give you a new challenge tomorrow morning. How do you do with your water intake? Fruits? Vegetables? Junk food a weakness?

My biggest problem is that I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm mad, happy, bored, etc... And yes, junk food is my weakness. I also have days where I always talk myself out of exercising....I'm too tired, I don't have time. I'm a SAHM, so the times I can workout is when my daughter is in bed or when my husband is home.

For the most part, I do get in 64 oz water every day. I'm working on getting 5 fruits/veggies in every day.

Okay my next challenge for you is to journal what you eat and why next time emotional eating gets you. You should actually be drinking a little more water as well so how bout adding one more 8 oz glass to your daily drinking. And last but not least I want you to exercise for 15 minutes every day no matter what. We can do anything for 15 minutes we just to need to do it. Maybe you can get up 15 minutes earlier or you can do 15 minutes during naptime, and depending on how old your daughter is you can do 15 minutes with your daughter and make it a fun game. give her a 1lb weight or maybe do a walking tape or find her an art project or even some coloring books and crayons. Maybe she can draw or paint a picture for when you are finished. If she is even younger I do have some other ideas. Hopefully I'm helping here and not just rambling. Okay I want you to do these things til saturday. Let me know each day how things are going. Treat yourself to some pampering if you meet the challenges. Bubble bath or a few minutes of reading a good book, nails what ever you keep putting off that you wish you could do or just can't find the time for.
