Kelly come join us over at jorge cruise boards we have a 20lb challenge going on rght now, the challenge will last til september 15 th. It would probably help you with your op need. We are even doing a kick it up a notch challenge to go with the challenge we are doing. We have broken the challenge down into 3, 4 week parts. It isn't so much about the weight loss program as it is about the end result. We have someone on our forum who has lost over 100 lbs and is giving all of us inspiration. If you are doing another program or don't want to stay on the board, then at least you may have gotten several good weeks of op to keep you going on your own. hope to see you there. First challenge is to push yourself to go an extra 5 minutes of exercise today, if you don't really exercise then your challenge is to exercise for 15 minutes today,and feel good about it. Eating challenge set a time to stop eating for the day. Example no eating after 7:30PM. more info about your eating and exercise routines will help to give you a more geared toward you challenge.
