HI, I just ready your post and I feel for you. I know how lonely it can be, being away from home and not knowing anyone. Have you taken your kids to a local park? You should be able to meet other mothers there with their children. Sometimes you just need to get out of the house and talk to another person wh's ove 10! And you can start exercising by walking around the park. Every little bit helps. You have 5 wonderful children to care for and you can't do that inless you take care of their mom!
