Hello everyone, this is my 2nd day back in about 4 months. I'd lost 16 lbs between Christmas 2005 and Valentine's Day 2006, however I fell off and managed to gain back 25 lbs
Now I'm back with a vengeance determined to change my lifestyle once and for all. However, I am a field social worker and spend about 80% of my work day in my car driving around. Due to my hectic scheduled I am often tempted to stop and get a quick fast food sandwich. I realize most fast food places sell salads, but It's rather difficult to drive and eat a salad (but french fries are finger foods
) Anyone with suggestions of healthier choices for people on the run please share.
