I have one pound not a lot I know but it is one pound off.
I feel really pleased as I have acheived my first goal to lose at least one pound.
Second goal is to go for a walk each day.
I have problems with arthritis so the progress will be slow but as long as I keep on the downward trend I will be happy.
There will be times that I will not lose anything but that is ok I know it happen and I know it will move again.
I hope to get my book soon about the Gi diet. I am getting one written by Anthony Worrall Thompson he is an English chef how eats the Gi way and wrote a book on it as well. I have the Gi guide that tells you about the Gi diet but I need more information to get things under way properly.
