I officially started my "Life Change" today (I refuse to call it a diet). I'm not really following any sort of popular plan re:Atkins, Weight Watchers or the like. I'm cutting out ALL junk food and trying to eat as many whole foods as I can. Lot's of fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats. I'm also tracking my progress using something called FitDay (not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here). It's software you purchase online and it tracks everything with neat little piegraphs and stuff.
So far I've had a 6 oz container of Lite and Fit yogurt, an apple, an orange, 24 baby carrots and 2 tbs of Fat Free Ranch dressing. I also brewed some green tea last night and filled a 42 oz container with cold tea to drink throughout the morning. I don't feel hungry!!! I'm hoping this trend will last

Anyway, I just wanted to say I'm glad I found this site. There are SO many helpful people here and the success stories are truly inspiring.
