Starting Anew Again
I'm a newbie to the forum, but a long time addict to fitness and nutrition. It all started about 8 years ago now. I was always average weight, but wanted to be thinner and I got there, by using anorexia then bulimia as a method. Over the last 2 yrs. I've come to terms, for the most part, with who I am and gained 40 lbs. from my anorexia weight then lost 20 and was content. Well, I've battled with the same 12 lbs. for the past 6 months and am frustrated with it. I find myself being tempted back into my old ways to lose weight and do not want to do that. I eat fairly healthy and exercise regularly, about 5 days a week with cardio and weights. I also enjoy yoga and walking my dogs!!!
