I try and stick to the WW plan for weight loss. I don't go to the meeting I do it on my own. It's easier to stick to the plan when you have a buddy to keep you going. I'm 235 and my goal is 180

Monday weigh in's are good for me. Should we post our points here too? How many we used each day? May help keep is in line if we have to show each other how we are doing each day. What do you all think? No long island here I'm in florida.
