I get into a real habit of going to the gym, or walking, and then I get comfortable with it, then stop doing it, or at least stop doing it as much. I have set a goal for myself: I am working at 7:00 in the morning, so I am going to the gym AT LEAST 3 days a week at 5:30 in the morning. I find that I have more energy for the day, I feel great, and I have "gotten it over with" and don't feel that I have to push myself to go to the gym AFTER work.
