Exclamation Gonna step it up!

OK for the last week I have walked at least a mile a day. I thought that was pretty good, I did it every day, I haven't exercised on a regular basis since .......... well I guess you could say never. But today I'm reading and seeing you guys working so hard, walking way more than me. So hey - I'm gonna step it up!

Look - I found a bananna!

I know what you mean, I get into my exercise groove and do good for a week and then the next I don't. So I am also trying to be a little more consistant and not take as long to loose my weight.

Default I know what you mean!

I get into a real habit of going to the gym, or walking, and then I get comfortable with it, then stop doing it, or at least stop doing it as much. I have set a goal for myself: I am working at 7:00 in the morning, so I am going to the gym AT LEAST 3 days a week at 5:30 in the morning. I find that I have more energy for the day, I feel great, and I have "gotten it over with" and don't feel that I have to push myself to go to the gym AFTER work. Good luck, ladies and I'll be thinking of you as I walk that treadmill!

(I couldn't find any more fruits or vegetables, so here's a cow...Just because I think this is the cutest smiley!)

I have to get on that treadmill today I promised myself after I pick up my daughter in an hour. Now I am promising you all in 1 hour I will get on it! Once I am on it I am fine. I am also going to do some crunches and back extensions on the ball.
I would like to look forward to exercising. Are some of us wired differently? Will I ever want to work out?

I have a hard time getting motivated too. I have to get healthier though so I just decide on a day/time to exercise and make myself do it. Once I start I keep going. It's just starting that is hard.
