Default Almost 50 in Florida
Ok I decided sign in........I think this is what I'm needing to help me along!

The last time I tried to seriously tried to lose weight I got pregnant that was 16 years ago not much chance of that happening now!!

So hopefully I can find some good receipes and get on track.

I suppose the rate of joins are higher on the 1st of the new year.......I'm hoping not to fall behind after a few weeks.
