I found this site some time ago, and have finally decided to give it a shot. I was on the Atkins diet 2 years ago and lost 42 lbs. When I stopped the diet, by adding carbs in I started gaining again. I have now gained back all the weight and then some. Now weighing more than I ever have. My family is supportive of any program I choose to do, and plan on doing the SB diet. I've tried just about everything out there with little or no success. I just need some outside help/support.

I just started on this site, too...
I'm in the same kind of boat. I did Atkins, gained it all back.
I did the soup diet, Stacker 3, Weight Watchers, Curves, yadda yadda...
It's tough, knowing that at one point in your life you were that size 7, that made every curve look phenomenal.
Now, every curve makes you cringe.

If you want a buddy, I'd be more than glad to take the role... as long as you'd do the same for me.
