thanks, pg. most of the time i'm kinda glad that things went the way they did. if they hadn't, i wouldn't be as aware of diet, nutrition, and exercise. i'd be very different, and since i generally like who i am as a person, i can't really feel too badly about it. plus, these conditions (when managed) are really more of a nuisance than a danger. it could be much, much worse. i do want to tackle the lasting effects in my life though, and that's one of the reasons i am here.
on a side note, i'm curious if anyone here has fiddled around with eating raw? the more i research it, the more it makes sense (when not taken to a fanatical level). any thoughts?
