Hello everyone!
I'm 31 f, married, mother of a cute 2.5yold, coming from Serbia. I decide to join your group to find some support in my quest to lose 50 lbs (now 172lbs, 5'5'', ultimate goal 122lbs
).
The best diet for me seems to be a low-carb, low-fat, high-protein one, lots of veggies, fruits and nuts, along with an exercise plan (5x pw 45' low cardio, 2x pw 45' strength). I easily stick to such plan, but tend to lose control when having problems in other segments of my life (usually when overloaded with work).
I don't plan to lose all 50 lbs in 1 year, but hope to be a good way on that track by summer 05.
