I have to admit that I was getting a little worried out there
no one responded to me right away! But, today that was 6 responses!
I am thrilled and want to get to know everyone! I have to admit that I have had my TOM (time of month) and I haven't been all that faithful. And not to make excuses but life has been treating me like a babies diaper lately. It seems nothing can go right for me lately!
Enough with the gloom though! The time is now and we all want to be at or under that 200 marker,,,no matter what size that takes any of us at. We will all look better and feel better about our future, the summer coming and fitting into clothes will be alot better.
I have found that eating foods that are low glycemic is a better idea. Those foods keep us full longer and they don't elevate the blood sugar which will suppress any sudden urges to break into a bag of double stuff oreos!
www.glycemicindex.com is the website that can be accessed to find out what is low and what should be avoided. Simply type in the foods that you have in question and it will show you. Also it gives a briefing on staying healthy with the good, clean foods that we need. Clean I mean food that looks as close to what it originated at when it ahhhh originated. Bagged and boxed foods should be limited. This is what I am trying to do at least. I am just telling you about me and my plan. I have been on Atkins and lost 46 pounds and gained in all back with 14 pounds interest in less than 2 years. I have tried WW and ran out of points by dinner.
I have done just a "low fat" program back in the Susan Powter's era and trust me I tried to "stop the Insanity" (any of the vintage dieters like me know who and what I am talking about) I have tried everything and I have had my thin years and heavy ones too (this being one of the heavy's) I have a closet full of clothes...anything from a sized 10 skirt to 18! And everything inbetween there too! Point is that I have been there and I am there again...and I am glad that other's can relate and jump aboard!!
Talk to me to buddies....tell everyone about you and your stories. What are you goals and wants! The last time that I lost weight successful I had my navel pierced and this time I want to get a tattoo.. I wish that my "rewards" were less painful! lol
Anywazz can't wait to hear (read) more!
