Back Again
Last time I was here I was around 185, that was in 2015 and since then I gained to 230 pounds which was my new highest weight. Now I am around 219 and hoping to lose all the weight for good this time. I don't think I used this site as much as I should have. I think I got most of my support from a less healthy forum, so I am hoping I can use this forum more this time around. I really feel like my mind shift has changed this time and I want to keep it that way.
